Nurse Educator (Grade 3) - Drug and Alcohol Services

Selection Criteria

1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds post registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area, or qualifications deemed equivalent.
2. Recent experience in the development of practice.
3. Demonstrated effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs.
5. Demonstrated understanding of contemporary adult learning principles.
6. Computer literacy and understanding of relevant information systems.
