Nurse Educator (Grade 3) - Drug and Alcohol Services
Selection Criteria
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds post registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area, or qualifications deemed equivalent.
- Recent experience in the development of practice.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary adult learning principles.
- Computer literacy and understanding of relevant information systems.
