  1. A degree in photography, videography or digital communications, equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Proven high-quality photography and videography skills, and experience with creative editing suites.
  3. Solid understanding of social media trends and how to use imagery to deliver key messages.
  4. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify issues, prioritise and escalate as needed to find resolution.
  5. A comprehensive knowledge of copyright, privacy and consent guidelines, regulations and policies.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to read situations (accurately and with compassion) to ensure that talent is at ease and that moments are captured naturally.
  7. Ability to use initiative when working independently or as part of a variety of teams.
  8. Strong storyboarding, scripting and writing skills.
