- A degree in photography, videography or digital communications, equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Proven high-quality photography and videography skills, and experience with creative editing suites.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and how to use imagery to deliver key messages.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify issues, prioritise and escalate as needed to find resolution.
- A comprehensive knowledge of copyright, privacy and consent guidelines, regulations and policies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to read situations (accurately and with compassion) to ensure that talent is at ease and that moments are captured naturally.
- Ability to use initiative when working independently or as part of a variety of teams.
- Strong storyboarding, scripting and writing skills.
