About the role:

Based at John Hunter Hospital, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated Midwifery and Nursing Unit Manager (MNUM) to oversee the day-to-day running of our High Risk Antenatal, Gynaecology, and Surgical Inpatient Unit (known as K3). You will be supported by your fellow Midwifery Unit Managers (MUM’s), the Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery (Maternity & Gynaecology) as well as a large multidisciplinary team that is committed to delivering holistic, woman-centred care to our patients. A thorough orientation process will be provided as well as mentorship from your leadership team. Professional development opportunities are always encouraged and supported.
