Qualification recognised for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and demonstrated experience as an Occupational Therapist Level 2 or above.
Proven extensive clinical experience in community mental health services and evidence of effective planning, implementation and evaluation, and care coordinating complex mental health consumers.
Proven experience in evidence of writing NDIS reports, mental health review tribunal reports, effective care planning, implementation and evaluation of consumer goals, and effective liaison with community managed organisations.
Holds a current NSW Drivers Licence.
