Accredited Sterilising Technology Certificate or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in operational management of sterilising services in an acute care setting.
Competence in financial management to demonstrate service provision is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional team building expertise, liaison and negotiation skills.
