1. Relevant qualifications in management, customer service or project management, or equivalent/ extensive work experience in relevant field or a combination of work and study.
2. Extensive experience in managing a team with a proven track record in implementing and delivering successful outcomes in a large and complex environment.
3. Knowledge and experience working with corporate record databases, or similar organisational wide databases.
4. Superior interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes, including the ability to effectively communicate with executive and operational staff
5. Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes
6. Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel to Justice Health NSW business and services locations throughout NSW.
