1. Please provide a recent example of an engaging communication strategy you developed to build employee understanding and compliance with program requirements. What outcomes did you achieve and what was your measure of success?

2. Please give an example of when you have led a team. How do you stay on top of deliverables and issues within your team and empower team members in their delivery?
