  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or Health Information Management; or equivalent management work experience.
  2. Extensive experience in the management of an electronic medical record and/or patient administration system, including the management of the ongoing support team of the applications.
  3. Experience in the promotion, planning, managing resistance to and implementation of team change.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences in a range of modalities; and capacity to develop effective relationships, within teams and with service partners and customers.
  5. Experience leading the provision of quality services to a range of customers and the ability to resolve complex customer issues and needs.
  6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads accurately, meet deadlines and competently manage the demands of a complex and diverse team.
  7. Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to create and maintain team engagement and positive culture; and the ability to develop performance.
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW, with capacity to travel for work within and outside the LHD, including occasional overnight stays.
