RPA Virtual Hospital is Australia's first Virtual Hospital and provides a personalised service for people in the community – a new way of caring. The rpavirtual care centre is able to connect with patients and their carers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by utilising technology to build on the legacy of expert staff, providing excellent patient and family centred care in the community.
The role of the Male Aboriginal Health Worker is to provide 48 hour follow up post discharge support from hospital for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander patients. This position is to ensure flexible, holistic and culturally sensitive health information on chronic diseases to our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Ideal Candidate
- Hold or aspire to hold a minimum Certificate III qualification in Aboriginal Primary Health Care.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
This is an Aboriginal identified position, the applicant must be of Aboriginal descent by proof of Aboriginality, identify as Aboriginal and be accepted as such by the community.
