- Experience working in busy role in a complex organisation, requiring the ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including attention to detail when writing, and ability to listen to understand team and customer needs.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, providing an excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality in relation to health care data and information.
- High level competency in the use of information and communication technology, including standard software, experience working with data and ability to learn new programs readily.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decision and work independently under limited direction, within the identified scope of the role.
- Ability to instruct, educate staff and support staff in established work practices and procedures.
- Experience in monitoring of clinical data information systems, identifying incorrect or missing information
