Integrated Care Unit Clinical Services Manager (Health Manager Level 3)

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health discipline or health management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing a multidisciplinary clinical team, with strong skills in both people management and operational management.
3. Demonstrated experience in working with Aboriginal people, or a strong understanding of the issues impacting Aboriginal communities in SESLHD.
4. Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in delivering person-centred and integrated care.
5. Demonstrated strong leadership skills in influencing workplace culture and leading change management initiatives.
6. Demonstrated skills in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment.
7. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
8. Current drivers licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
