Integrated Care Change Manager

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading projects and/or programs at a senior level in a complex health environment that include effective change management.
- Strong record of achievement at a senior level in the health care sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of the delivery of primary health care in a rural setting.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; including the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders to achieve system reform.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume and rapidly changing work environment.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive regularly for work purposes, including occasional overnight stays.
