ICT Test Analyst

Position Classification:  Health Manager Level 2 
Remuneration: $109,857.00 - $129,624.00 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading

What you’ll be doing 

The Test Analyst is responsible for following standard test processes to confirm the quality and functionality of the developed solution against the known user requirements. This role involves analysing user requirements, designing and executing tests, collaborating with members of the project team, and providing feedback to improve software quality. 


Remuneration/Benefits 

In addition to base salary: 

  • 12% superannuation 
  • 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)

Essential requirements  

  • Ability to analyse business requirements and solution design requirements.
  • Extensive experience in creating test assets for both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a complex Digital landscape.
  • Experience in web accessibility testing. 

If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel. 

Pre-screening questions 

  • Please describe your experience managing multiple project work simultaneously, each with similar priorities. Share two specific challenges you encountered in this context and explain how you dealt with those challenges. What was the outcome? 
     
  • Reflecting on your recent experience, please share an example of a user story that presented significant testing challenges. What steps did you take to address and resolve this issue? What was the outcome?
