Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  1. Degree (Bachelor or higher) in computer engineering or a directly related field and/or proven extensive work experience in a related field
  2. Proven professional experience in Information Technology and management/supporting IT architecture for an organisation
  3. Solid proven experience in information technology support, process, and design of ICT systems. Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices
  4. In-depth technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems
  5. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  6. Proven commitment to outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement of processes and services
  7. Proven sound conceptual and business analytical skills with a strong initiative to identify issues and collaboratively develop appropriate solutions to problems.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to non-technical leaders as well as business concepts to technologists
