Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Degree (Bachelor or higher) in computer engineering or a directly related field and/or proven extensive work experience in a related field
- Proven professional experience in Information Technology and management/supporting IT architecture for an organisation
- Solid proven experience in information technology support, process, and design of ICT systems. Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices
- In-depth technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven commitment to outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement of processes and services
- Proven sound conceptual and business analytical skills with a strong initiative to identify issues and collaboratively develop appropriate solutions to problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to non-technical leaders as well as business concepts to technologists
