Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2 / Health Manager Level 3
Remuneration:  Health Manager Level 2: $109,857.00 - $129,624 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
Health Manager Level 3: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation

Hours Per Week: 38

Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards / Sky Central, Charlestown with flexible working arrangements available.


The Opportunity

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for the provision of a broad range of generalist human resource advice and services to portfolio clients using effective partnering and their workforce knowledge and skills to work with business units to help them achieve their strategic, operational and performance goals.   The aspect of these goals is good management of people issues, in the context of the employee experience, a safe workplace and a constructive culture.
