  1. Experience in WHS and Manual Handling coordination together with a health science background and/or experience working in a hospital setting. Relevant WHS qualifications e.g. Cert IV or Diploma or above would be highly regarded
  2. Experience in coordinating and timely management of a work health safety service and demonstrated working knowledge of relevant legislation, with demonstrated experience of facilitating change in a large work environment with competing demands
  3. Previous experience in incident investigation and providing strategies to reduce the risk of further incidents
  4. Proven interpersonal, negotiation and high level communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability work independently as well as work cooperatively in a team environment.
  5. Demonstrated success in designing, implementing and evaluating evidence based quality improvement programs including education /training.
  6. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence
