Heath and Safety Partner
- Experience in WHS and Manual Handling coordination together with a health science background and/or experience working in a hospital setting. Relevant WHS qualifications e.g. Cert IV or Diploma or above would be highly regarded
- Experience in coordinating and timely management of a work health safety service and demonstrated working knowledge of relevant legislation, with demonstrated experience of facilitating change in a large work environment with competing demands
- Previous experience in incident investigation and providing strategies to reduce the risk of further incidents
- Proven interpersonal, negotiation and high level communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability work independently as well as work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing and evaluating evidence based quality improvement programs including education /training.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence
