About the role
The Health Service Manager (HSM) is responsible for running clinical oversight of Warialda’s Multi-Purpose Service (MPS). Hosting 2 emergency beds,10 acute and 15 aged care beds, you will enjoy working in a role that brings variety across the different spaces. On any given day, you will be responsible for facility maintenance, patient flow, rostering and staff management, data and finance management and so on. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where innovation, autonomy and community connection sit at the centre of care delivery.
You won’t be working alone – you will be supported by the Service Manager of New England Northwest Region, as well as the Director of Nursing for Rural & Regional for professional support. You will also be closely connected with your fellow HSM’s, and a robust and thorough orientation will be provided for you to integrate seamlessly into the position.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA as well as relevant post graduate qualifications in clinical leadership or management.
