What you'll be doing
The Health Safety and Wellbeing Trainer supports:
- the Senior Health Safety and Wellbeing Trainer in the development and implementation of a suite of health safety and wellbeing training and educational programs which build workforce capability
- employee engagement in order to achieve the SESLHD strategic priorities.
- the delivering and coordination of a range of programs concurrently across the health safety and wellbeing function including but not limited to manual handling, violence prevention and management, workplace mental health and wellbeing and mental health and first aid.

- Please outline your qualifications and experience in training facilitation, coordination, and presentation. Provide examples, including one involving manual handling in a clinical setting? How did you ensure it was both practical and engaging for participants?
- With regard to organising training programs and sessions, please describe your approach and experience when liaising, coordinating, and negotiating with stakeholders. What have been some challenges and what strategies have you used to manage/overcome them.
