What you'll be doing
 

Health, Safety and Wellbeing Services is committed to supporting our people in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace where we can deliver the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing services, through continuously improving safety risk management performance, and encouraging a strong and responsible safety culture across our District. You will be working in a collaborative, supportive environment with a team that is passionate about building partnerships to provide a safe work environment for our people, and promote a healthy, safety conscious culture.
 
The Health Safety and Wellbeing Trainer supports:
  • the Senior Health Safety and Wellbeing Trainer in the development and implementation of a suite of health safety and wellbeing training and educational programs which build workforce capability
  • employee engagement in order to achieve the SESLHD strategic priorities. 
  • the delivering and coordination of a range of programs concurrently across the health safety and wellbeing function including but not limited to manual handling, violence prevention and management, workplace mental health and wellbeing and mental health and first aid.
