Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or willingness and commitment to obtain.
Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective working relationships with a diverse range of people, including the people using Mental Health / Drug & Alcohol services, clinicians, managers and community members.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate group activities across hospital and community settings (eg: for the purpose of social inclusion, rehabilitation, education and /or recovery).
