Health Clinician Team Leader
- Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing with current AHPRA registration. For Social Worker eligibility for membership with AASW and demonstrated experience as a Level 2 or above. Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in an acute hospital setting with clinical Neurology and/or Multiple Sclerosis, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate. Four-year degree in psychology, being a three-year degree with a fourth-year honours in psychology or other qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer and full registration as Psychologist with APHRA.
- Proven skills and experience in leading a multidisciplinary team and provision of expert clinical advice to clients, carers, ACAS Manager, and other stakeholders within NSLHD.
- Demonstrated high level of clinical experience in comprehensive assessment of the ACAS target population and in data collection and care planning activities within the ACAS system and at the interface with acute and subacute care services, with Commonwealth Home Support Program [CHSP] and community support service providers and with residential aged care providers.
- Demonstrated management skills with ACAS Key Performance Indicators.
