What you'll be doing
Join our dynamic pharmacy team and play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and patient-focused care. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing administrative and inventory control support to the Pharmacy Store.
- Coordinating timely supply orders across departments.
- Managing stock levels and records accurately.
- Picking, packing, and distributing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Communicating supply updates to relevant stakeholders.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated good customer service communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain harmonious work relationships with all stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to carry out all physical tasks/manual handling of pushing, pulling, lifting many boxes up to 15kg/box, loading trolleys up to 300kg frequently as listed in Physical Demands Checklist.
- Demonstrated high level of computer and administrative skills
- Demonstrated experience in stock control
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as working cooperatively in a team environment
- Forklift License
