Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, commerce, economics or related discipline or other relevant experience. Membership of a relevant professional association is desirable.
- Significant experience, preferably within the Health Sector, in Senior Finance or Business Management roles.
- Proven success in developing and leading financial improvement projects (cost reduction, revenue improvement and/or productivity / efficiency improvements).
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and experience in liaison and negotiation for contact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity for lateral thinking and able to demonstrate creativity and innovation in the performance of work.
- Ability to undertake complex financial analysis using various statistical techniques.
- Demonstrated high level leadership, and management skills to enable a clear and defined outcome focus to meet required deadlines.
- Demonstrated prior experience in working in an Activity Based Management environment.
