  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience (CPA or CA membership required).
  2. Extensive experience in using data management and analysis skills to achieve improved operational outcomes preferably within a large organisation with demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex service activity data in an operational context within acute and primary health service.
  3. Highly developed ability to provide effective and authoritative specialist advice and recommendations in relation to business management and service delivery issues, (including financial, activity-based costing and funding and workforce) within a large multidisciplinary, diverse, service delivery organisation.
  4. Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg use of ERP systems, excel, BI tools, data management systems and word processing).
  5. Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people.
  6. Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services.
  7. Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills
  8. Current Drivers License and ability to travel as required.
