- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health discipline or previous experience in health service planning, management or a relevant health discipline.
- Previous experience in project planning or facility development preferably in a health care context. Experience in capital projects/developments.
- Demonstrated advanced level analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to provide high level influencing, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with managers and staff regarding Service Planning matters in a professional manner.
- Previous experience in developing plans, quality improvement activities and or development of business cases to senior management within a medium to large organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of contemporary issues in health service planning, models of care and design.
- A comprehensive understanding of NSW Health processes for service and health service planning including guidelines and policies.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in managing complex environments and projects.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Have a NSW Drivers Licence.
