To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrating high level of experience in all aspect of project management with demonstrated knowledge of the principles of principles and frameworks of successful project and change management to support program implementation
- Proven experience in the establishment of program management tools and resources, including project tracking and reporting requirements, to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience in the provision of administrative and secretarial support to internal committees with proven experience in the timely provision briefs, referral notes and presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, contract management with understanding of financial delegations.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to build effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and review processes to identify system improvements and implement changes as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and initiate actions to complete complex tasks.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment. Ability to travel across the LHD to all sites.
