What you will bring to the role 

  1.  Demonstrated experience and proficiency in providing high level executive assistance and support to a senior executive including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
  3. Proven high level of organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload with discernment and flexibility, meet deadlines supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgement and to prioritise multiple tasks.
  4. Advanced proficiency in preparing documentation (memorandums, agendas, minutes, letters, briefings, reports, presentations) ensuring high attention to details.
  5. Experience using electronic records management system such as HPRM or Content Manager (CM).
  6. Working knowledge of systems that support business processes including purchasing, recruitment and rostering functions.
  7. Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel. Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position.

Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
