- A tertiary qualification in Learning/Education or a related discipline, and/ or Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is preferable. Demonstrated end-user training experience.
- Prior clinical experience or a level understanding of clinical work practices in the health care setting.
- Excellent communication skills including writing presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong customer focus and quality service orientation appropriate to providing support to end users of information systems.
- Prior experience in using an electronic medical record system with an understanding of and commitment to eMeds benefits. Cerner eMR experience would be an asset.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the capacity and willingness to travel regularly to business and service locations throughout the LHD, which will include overnight or longer stays in regional/ remote areas.
