- Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse (division 2)
- Understanding of team nursing and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
- Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others
- Knowledge and understanding of quality improvement, person-centred care and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and within the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse
- Willingness and availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster (including public holidays)
