Emergency Department Administration Supervisor
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, monitoring and determining work priorities to fulfil workflow as required in a busy working environment
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a first class customer service approach
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability in the use of IT hardware and software including Microsoft Office applications Word and Outlook as well as hospital systems including iPM, eMR and Healthroster
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to work under pressure maintaining attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Willing to actively participate in education and training in order to provide high quality, professional and customer focused service
