To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Relevant qualification and/or equivalent work-based experience in the development and delivery of eLearning solutions including experience with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Adobe, Adobe Storyline, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems or other learning development tools, design software and/or mobile applications. Has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or its successor (or TAE40110 plus the TAEASS502 and TAELLN411 units) and/or tertiary level post graduate qualification in adult education.
- Proven practical experience in developing relevant and engaging learning content using the (ADDIE) model Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.
- Demonstrated sound problem-solving and organisational skills with proven capability to develop, implement and promote eLearning initiatives.
- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing as an effective team member.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment and/or the ability to work from all SWSLHD sites as required.
