Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Registered Nurse Level with current National Registration with APHRA and current unrestricted NSW drivers license (Class C)
- Appropriate post graduate tertiary management qualification or working towards
- Broad clinical and operational management experience at a senior level within a complex health care environment including strategic planning and the development and implementation of business I operational plans
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate inspire and organise staff to achieve organisational, program and professional outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in financial and resource management
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary management team
- Experience in managing projects within a complex health care environment
- Computer literacy, ability to trend and interpret data and competent information seeking skills
