Digital Health Project Manager

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Health discipline, Information Management/informatics, or Information Communications & Technology or relevant experience.
2. Extensive demonstrated management experience of clinical and eMR applications support or project teams including experience in change and adoption practices across ICT programs.
3. Proven management experience in the delivery of project outcomes with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with demonstrated experience in change management across ICT programs demonstrating an understanding of practices and workflows, including the implications and impacts for complex clinical information systems
4. Exceptional problem solving, analytical and organisational skills including the ability to recommend improvements/alternatives as a result of changed circumstances.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to explain complex technical scenarios to a diverse audience with high level negotiation and conflict management skills.
6. Demonstrated experience in clinical engagement and communication with multiple stakeholders with the ability to understand user’s information needs and communicate these back to the team whilst also considering the eMR system capabilities, clinical workflows, including the implications and impacts of an eMR
7. Willingness to work out of hours and to participate in on call arrangements as necessary
