About the Opportunity
In this role, you will have a split responsibility as a District Registered Pharmacist and as a part of Digital Health and Innovation as a Pharmacist Subject Matter Expert (SME).
In this position, you will be reporting to the SLHD Director of Pharmacy and Chief Pharmacy Information Officer and the eMR Clinical Applications Manager, performing clinical roles within the Cancer Care pharmacy services of SLHD and indirectly to the Health Informatics Unit Director. As a Digital Health Cancer Care Pharmacist, those clinical skills are utilized to intergrate with computer and information sciences to advise on and undertake health information system development, training and support, adoption and optimisation in clinical practice. This position facilitates the integration of evidence, research, analytics, best practice and industry knowledge of successful implementation to support patients, physicians, clinicians, and other providers in their use of eMR and other health information systems.

Ideal Candidate
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and able to practice independently.
- Advanced analytical skill and knowledge associated with Cancer Care Clinical pharmacy services for Oncology and Haematology Patients.
