Selection Criteria

  1. Nutrition Qualification including Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Nutrition Stream), relevant university nutrition qualification, OR equivalent experience as a Dietitian Assistant Supervisor in a health care facility
  2. Understanding of basic clinical nutrition practices and specialised nutrition products.
  3. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks and meet deadlines, while managing competing work priorities and work flow within allocated resources.
  4. Proven computer and record keeping skills, high accuracy keyboard/data entry skills and experience with the Food Service ICT system CBORD.
  5. Demonstrated application of excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service and supervision skills
  6. Demonstrated ability to coordinate a team while working effectively within the team, as well as ability to work independently
  7. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workforce and human resources management including rostering systems, recruitment, grievance handling and performance management
