  1. Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of high level administrative tasks, exercising independent judgement, discretion and initiative, prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of pathology accreditation requirements in the context of a diagnostic Tissue Pathology setting.
  3. Demonstrated experience or ability to perform quality, payroll and procurement tasks using electronic systems.
  4. Demonstrated eye for detail with an ability to present complex data and information.
  5. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a large team in administration and laboratory environments.
  7. Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, Microsoft Office applications and laboratory information systems or similiar electronic patient/medical records systems.  
  8. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer-focused service and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace practices and procedures.
