- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of high level administrative tasks, exercising independent judgement, discretion and initiative, prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated understanding of pathology accreditation requirements in the context of a diagnostic Tissue Pathology setting.
- Demonstrated experience or ability to perform quality, payroll and procurement tasks using electronic systems.
- Demonstrated eye for detail with an ability to present complex data and information.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a large team in administration and laboratory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, Microsoft Office applications and laboratory information systems or similiar electronic patient/medical records systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer-focused service and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace practices and procedures.
