Data Linkage Delivery Manager

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team responsible for the maintenance and development of complex data or information systems
• Extensive experience in using or managing large administrative or routinely collected datasets Superior skills and experience in using SQL database query languages or similar
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions
• Demonstrated understanding of information privacy and security including knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant legislation, policies and standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, customer service, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated high level organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach
