About the opportunity
Be part of a team delivering the infrastructure that supports healthcare across NSW. As Coordinator, Property, Commercial & Legal, you will play a key role in supporting property transactions, commercial initiatives and legal activities across a wide range of major health development projects. You will coordinate procurement and contract administration, maintain project reporting and governance processes, and support legal and due diligence activities for property and commercial transactions, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are achieved efficiently, compliantly and provide value for money.

There are two fixed term, full time roles available for a period of two years. These positions have different reporting lines, with one reporting to the Director, Legal and the other to the Program Director, Property. Candidates will be given the opportunity to identify which of the roles aligns more with their experience. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 
 

About you
You are a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You must demonstrate that you: 

  1. Are a highly organised property and asset co-ordinator with strong stakeholder engagement, project tracking and contract administration capabilities including tracking and documenting contract obligations, deadlines and actions
  2. Are capable of supporting efficient delivery of complex activities in fast paced environments including the co-ordination and completion of procurement processes and engagements for either legal or project procurements and assisting with varied tasks relevant to property transactions;
  3. Bring strong coordination, organisational, communication and problem solving skills along with proficient word and excel skills, 
  4. Take pride in delivering high quality work across reporting, documentation and stakeholder engagement; and
  5. You are confident managing competing priorities, have a keen eye for detail, and are motivated to contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference to communities across NSW.
