Selection Criteria

  1. Ability to work effectively in a high volume work area.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide variety of people, both internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Competency in the use of common information and communication technology for example word processing, data entry, emails, internet.
  4. Understanding of, and commitment to, providing an excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  5. Ability to remain composed in extreme/emergency circumstances.
  6. Able to demonstrate motivation, ability to take initiative within the bounds of a work role and capacity to work with minimal direct supervision.



Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases
This is a Category ‘A’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015.  All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs.
