Must hold registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
Proven ability to work independently and to establish effective collaborative working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and interagency networks.
Demonstrated relevant clinical pharmacy experience (including experience in clinical trials and/or Oncology/Haematology) in a busy hospital environment.
