Selection Criteria:
- Advanced level of clinical skills and demonstrated experience in range of Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health Service delivery
- Proven leadership of Allied Health Multidisciplinary Teams including the provision of Clinical Supervision and facilitation of clinical reviews and management of risks
- Extensive knowledge, and proven ability working from a trauma informed and recovery orientated models of care
- Proven experience in providing clinical support, debriefing, and supervision to team members who provide psychosocial interventions to adults with drug and alcohol difficulties and their family
- Proven experience in providing empirically based interventions to Drug and Alcohol consumers including (but not limited to) Relapse prevention, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Ability to network effectively with Community groups and external organisations, in offering advice and support in the management and referral pathways for treatment options for drug and alcohol clients
- Demonstrated experience working with executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust
- Current NSW Drivers licence
