    1. Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.
    2. Tell us about what previous administration experience and computer programs you have used in these positions.
    3. The position involves working with a MDT. This may involve several tasks to be completed for different disciplines. Can you describe a busy work situation and give examples of how you would organise your time and tasks to meet deadlines.
    4. Macarthur Diabetes Service is predominately an OPD service, we attend several meetings each month to assist in managing these clinics. What steps would you take to organise this meeting from start to finish.
    5. Unfortunately, conflicts happen within the organisation. Give an example of conflict that has occurred in the workplace and how you managed the conflict.
