Clinical Nurse Specialist Safe Start

1. Current registration as an RN with AHPRA, with at least 3 years’ experience in the relevant field and a post registration tertiary qualification in the same / relevant field.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in Perinatal Infant Mental Health clinical practice.
3. Demonstrated skills in clinical teaching, competency in the use of contemporary information systems and experience in the development of the specialty education programs.
4. Knowledge and understanding of complex client centred consultancy practice within a mixed clinical environment and / or across a series of services.
5. Demonstrated experience of working with families in the perinatal period who have experienced Impaired Attachment relationships, mental illness, drug & alcohol problems, domestic violence and childhood trauma.
6. Demonstrated ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the initiation, utilisation and review of evidence based research.
7. Current C class drivers licence.
