About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse with specialist skills in care for older people living in Residential Aged Care facilities. In this role, you will work closely with Multipurpose Services (MPS) to navigate the complexity associated with person-centre care, behaviour support practices and health need of the older person to achieve the best patient healthcare and staff outcomes.
The successful applicant will work closely with a small team in the Rural Sectors. You’ll be supported by the Residential Aged Care Manager and other like-minded specialists who will provide guidance whist navigating the changes the Aged Care Reforms and the New Aged Care Act bring.
Location is negotiable across WNSWLHD, with the ability to travel and work onsite with healthcare professionals across the Local Health District.
