Clinical Nurse Consultant Access and Demand

1. Registered with Authority to Practice with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Minimum five years full time post graduate experience with 3 years full time equivalent in the specialty of mental health nursing. In addition the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification (minimum Grad Diploma/Certificate level) or evidence of working towards Masters level qualification.
2. Comprehensive and extensive mental health assessment skills, with the ability to complete this as part of an Multi Disciplinary Team or independently.
3. Expert interpersonal communication, written and verbal with stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.
4. The ability to manage complex negotiations with a wide variety of stakeholders, occasionally under a time pressure.
