1. Completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM coding course or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Health Information Management
2. Experience using the 3M Codefinder
3. Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. Sound knowledge of the DRG allocation process
6. Experience using Patient Administration Systems and other electronic medical record systems
