Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated conceptual and innovative problem solving skills for resolving systemic problems, managing conflicting priorities and developing, implementing and monitoring recommendations and advice on policies, strategies and solutions across complex areas
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering IT service strategy, design, transition and operations in a complex, enterprise environment
- High level commercial experience and skills in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Extensive experience in the development, review and evaluation of strategic technology and business plans
- Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal and written skills and demonstrated ability to consult, influence and negotiate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage human, financial and physical resources effectively and efficiently to ensure budget and performance targets are met
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant equivalent experience, or a combination of study and work experience
- Class C driver's
