What you'll be doing
Selection Criteria
- Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a specialist in a relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated experience in working within a public/private health setting including a detailed understanding of the range and diversity of public health care services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong and collaborative working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders including clinical and non-clinical team members.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of change management and project management and issues involving organisational change.
- Demonstrated experience and awareness of Digital Health capabilities and the implementation challenges within rural and regional health settings.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the management of clinical impacts during natural and other disaster type events including cyber security.
- Demonstrated consultation, engagement, and professional partnering skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with proven experience in translating highly complex technical subjects to a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Valid unrestricted drivers' licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
