Chef - Charlestown - Exempt Full Time/Part Time
Employment Type: Exempt Full Time and Part Time (up to May 2025)
Position Classification: Chef Grade A
Remuneration: $32.27 per hour plus shift allowances and 11.5% superannuation
Hours per week: 38hrs and 16hrs
Location: Residential Eating Disorder Centre - Charlestown
The Opportunity
The Chef plays a key role in designing menus, planning, preparing, and cooking meals for patients at the designated site. This position also ensures compliance with food safety and cleaning standards within a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) accredited environment.

Eligibility Requirements
- Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description.
- Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.
- This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 12) for a complete list of required vaccines.
