  1. A relevant tertiary qualification in project management or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience leading large projects at a senior level in the health care sector.
  3. Strong record of achievement at a senior level in the health care sector.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of contemporary health issues in a rural setting and emerging models of care.
  5. Ability to effectively use writing skills and technology for electronic communication, web based research, documentation of plans, preparation of reports and promotional material.
  6. Effective organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with experience effectively managing competing demands to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively motivate engagement with potential solutions.
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes, including occasional overnight stays.
