About the opportunity

The Business Partner Finance partners with Executive Directors, Directors, Project teams and Local Health Districts to prepare annual operating and capital budgets that includes analysis and explanation behind actuals, budgets and forecasts, maintain and ensure accuracy of internal and external reporting. The Business Partners will ensure reporting compliance and advise stakeholders regarding portfolio related financial matters.

This is a permanent on-going position. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate. Applicants must be current NSW Health staff.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 

About you

Strong experience working in a management accounting role in a project environment. Advanced Excel user and familiarity with budgeting, forecasting and data visualisation tools. Effective communication and presentation skills, particularly relating to collating of complex data, its analysis and transformation into useful information that is easily understood.
